Probably a stupid question, but every new system I go to says it was discovered by me. I get that the game is big, but is it really that bag that every new system I go to has never been seen before?

I was checking outposts on a normal flyover. Found one with a distress signal minigame. The waypoint lead me to a crashed exotic ship. First time I've been lucky enough to find one crashed.

Hour later shes almost fully repaired.

Totally made my day! So happy.
