Imagine my surprise when I was gifted Starship AI valves (worth 50 million units!!) by a random stranger at The Nexus. I'm still relatively new to the game and this money has been transformative - I've already been able to buy a new starship with it, so thank you very much Wired_Peak if you are here!

My experience of online communities on other games has been appalling recently (constant team killing in Rainbow 6 Siege) so it's so refreshing to play a game with such a nice player base.
