    For me, the game changed when I traded my helmet for a face - more depth and texture, and more immersive. I’m now working on a back-story and a mission, and when I get those, I’ll know my name.

    So I just downloaded the game yesterday, GOG had a 50% off sale on NMS so I picked it up for 30 bux. But anyway I digress, tonight I just got to my 2and planet and received my terrain manipulator. I was standing next to my soon to be base staring up at the sky, the beautiful blue, lush planet I was on showing off its rings in spectacular fashion, blue and purple grass with giant blue mushrooms littering the planet!! Seriously I actually started to tear up from the sheer scale of it all. I could dig my way down as deep as I wanted, or travel to the stars and find new planets. I've never played a game that just made me feel like I'm actually in another universe. It's like Hello Games created a virtual parallel universe inside our own and it's just so awesome I share how I felt. I cant stop playing this game. Someone told me a while back not to buy it and I listened to them unfortunately. I'm just glad to see a game so ambitious actually deliver. I know it wasnt an easy road but the game is amazing now I cant put it down.
