2,028 sky colours. More than most players can see in five thousand hours of play. Gives each planet a feel. It's the perfect relief to the issue. It adds just so much to the game! Big thanks for Exosolar for putting it together, I've made a whole new save for it (because of course, it has ruined some of my base planets haha), I suddenly have a whole new lease on exploration.

We now get endless variety of "feels" to each planet, with stunningly varied skies, day and night, variation on the cloud colours, the opacity of the sky, unique sunsets. It's just so good for exploration and really opens up the hope that one day I will find that perfect planet that even my dreams don't know about yet.

It's, of course, not perfect. There are some colours that don't work and it could probably use some balancing. That's why I'd of course prefer if HG themselves would bring back colour variety.

One can only hope.
