Daily Nexus mission to establish a base is insane. Posted: 10 Nov 2019 02:38 AM PST I just pulled a daily quicksilver mission today to set up a base. I like building bases so ... sure, I guess? Step 1: Land on the target planet. No sweat. Stormy weather, but sure. Step 2: Build a Base Computer and claim it. Fair. Step 3: Build a Biodome Say what? Step 4: Build a Holodoor. ...sigh. Step 5: Build 6 L-corridors (Because only crazy overprepared clowns like me carry huge stacks of Pure Ferrite)... Step 6: Build 6 Glass Cuboids Seriously? Who carries glass around? Luckily I had some Frost Crystal. Step 7: Oh you thought you were done? Build 6 cuboid rooms, 6 curved cuboid walls, 6 curved cuboid roof. Oh for the love of... Step 8: Build 8 hydroponic trays. W. T. F. Step 9: Plant 4 Mordite and 4 Gutrot Who carries 160 faecium around? Not even me. Had to build a storage box and retrieve a stack of faecium... Step 10: Upload the base. ...
