    Hi travellers, this is my first post here and it is a little sombre but I'm hoping the community could bring some light to a tough time.

    My grandad had nearly 5000 hours in NMS, and he played it pretty much daily until a month ago when he was hospitalised with serious complications. We got him back to home to peacefully pass away surrounded by family. Sadly due to covid I hadn't seen him since March and wasn't able to visit hospital or the home where he passed.

    He was 84 years old and was the family member I saw the most of for the past 15 - 20 years. This game kept him mentally active and excited for new updates for years and Id firstly like to thank the developers for giving the old man a purpose in his later life when his physical status meant he couldn't do what he used to.

    So I guess I should get to the point. I would love to build a memorial for him in game but my building skills are quite limited. I will be getting his gaming laptop so will be able to get his home base locations and stuff.

    Would there be anybody here willing to help out?

    This man meant the world to me, and this game meant the world to him. Any help or ideas are much appreciated 🙂
