Small suggestion, HUGE EFFECT, for Sean and Beyond. Posted: 17 Nov 2019 12:39 AM PST For atlas's sake, please patch in a "Hide wiring" option. I actually love the advanced electronics planning, but the wiring makes my base look like shit. In similar fashion to RPGs where you can hide head gear (AC Origins/ Odyssey), can we please get a hide wire option to turn on for building, and off for casual gameplay?! [link] [comments] | ||

Why hasn’t planet generation been upgraded? Posted: 17 Nov 2019 04:35 AM PST Before I get flamed, I love this game. I think Hello Games has definitely redeemed themselves despite the initial state of the game. The updates have been great. But what I don't understand is, why hasn't planet generation been changed at all? In a game so heavily based on exploration, shouldn't this have been the focus? I want to love this game. I've always loved space and the idea of exploring it. But after you see the few exotic planet-types, nothing is interesting anymore. Every planet is pretty much the same, with slight variation and color tweaks. It's just, well, boring. This game is not challenging. Follow a 6 minute mine setup YouTube tutorial and you will be rolling in enough money to purchase anything you could possible want. With a lack of challenge, discovery should be the focus. But after maybe 12 hours of playtime, you've seen everything there is to see. After that what do you do? Build a base? Base building is broken, sorry if that offends you but it's a trash system that needs to be overhauled. You have to use glitches to build anything even half decent. I just feel like this game has so much potential, but as it stands it's really bland. [link] [comments] |
